How can you have a longer sentence than 442 years, a hypothetical sentence, to begin with? In essence, it's life.

Probably not 25. That's the wrong number. 442 the maximum sentence. He hasn't been sentenced yet...

he was FOUND guilty. The Judge has 90 days to pronounce sentence.

he is viable for up to 440 years.

I hope the judge throws the book at him.

Just a date thing.... on the date this poll was posted, the actual sentence had not been handed down. The Judge has till the end of September to pronounce final sentence.

He will die in prison for sure! I heard it said last night that there are "No Winners" in this kind of situation and I agree!
Too many people turn their backs on children even though they know for sure or have a suspicion that somrthing is going on! Some Mothers are aware but don't want to admit it because they would have to give up a life style etc.,so they will say the child is lying. I believe all of these people should be held accountable as well for contributing to endangering the welfare of children. I hope this case will bring awarness and change for the sake of our most vulnerable!

He was found guilty of 45 of 48 charges. But he WON'T be sentenced for 90 days. And he DIDN'T plead guilty. He was found guilty by a jury of his peers.

It's really just how the court system works. It is a combination of every guilty plead. That added up totaled to 442. They know he won't live that long, but it does not equal a life sentence...
