Jerry Brown signs not one, but THREE bills, supporting illegal aliens! Should Brown be prosecuted via federal law that says it's a FELONY crime to aid or abet or encourage or harbor illegal aliens [EACH count punishable by 5 years prison and $5,000 fine]?

What doesn't this "genius" understand about "Illegal"? It's not a complex word of concept. He should be prosecuted for breaking the law. What is it about this state that attracts all the lunatics?

Jerry Brown should be prosecuted under California state law as well. There is a California Code Section that is in place, has been upheld by a California Appellate Court and is similar to the Arizona Statute. Under Section 11369 of the Health and Safety Code, "[w]hen there is reason to believe that any person arrested for a violation [of any of 14 specified drug offenses] may not be a citizen of the United States, the arresting agency shall notify the appropriate agency of the United States having charge of deportation matters." As California Attorney General Jerry Brown never enforced the law, and as Governor he is aiding and abetting the disobedience of both state and federal law.
