He is already spending the huge tax increase the Supreme Court OKed when it re-wrote the ObamaCare law and refused to call the direct tax it created a direct tax, which needs a constitutional amendment just as the so-called income tax did. By the way, in 1913, when the income tax amendment was approved, wages and salary were not income.

But he is also at his home in the White House entertaining military members with a barbeque and concert.
