It's 1860 All Over Again! You can't vote him out? Divorce him and take the House!
A movement that initially consisted of a few citizens, but now is
growing exponentially day-by-day to include twenty-three states, is
underway for the States to secede from Barack Obama’s corrupt United
States.
Everyday citizens are sickened by the Obama administration’s massive
voter fraud, suppression of the military vote, and sabotaging of the
voting machines in the recent presidential election.
Everyday citizens in the millions believe that Barack Hussein Obama stole the election.
That he is not the rightful President of the United States.
Will the United States break up? Will the States really secede?
As of Tuesday morning, 34 of 50 states are petitioning President Obama for peaceful secession from the United States of America. That number was only 23 yesterday. That is more than half of the states in America.
It's unclear whether these petitions are a nod to dissatisfaction that some conservatives think may soon match Civil War
proportion,or not. However, the utter contempt for the Obama
administration indicated by this petition drive, which appears to be on
its way to all fifty states, is very clear.
Monday, the petitions had garnered 93,166 collective total signatures. Since then, Texas
alone, has over 63,745 signatures. Some famous Texans including
Governor Rick Perry and Chuck Norris have made thundering noises about secession. Norris' column reads like a "Call to Action" for all Texas Patriots. He
quotes founding fathers, George Washington, Thomas Jefferson and
Patrick Henry, imploring , "How much more will Americans take? When will
enough be enough?" ending with the ominous warning "And when that
time comes, ...will history need to record a second American
Revolution?"
If the goal is to amass a total of 58,783,137 signatures, one for
each citizen who voted for Mitt Romney, obviously, the petitions need to
circulate a little longer. Most agree these petitions are a dramatic
effort to influence Obama's agenda, and reinforce the conservative mantra that Obama has "no mandate."
Five states, New York, Missouri, Pennsylvania, Ohio and Oklahoma are
collecting signatures on two petitions. At one time, then Senator Obama
claimed he had campaigned in all "57 states." Perhaps these states have
doubled up to memorialize the president's gaffe.
Citizen petitions for any issue may be added to the site and signatures may be added with links to each state here.
Each petition requires 25,000 signatures in order to be reviewed by
the administrator. Texas was first to meet that requirement. The states
participating in the petition drive to secede, at this time, are:
- West Virginia 282
- Nebraska 933
- Pennsylvania 1,449; Pennsylvania 6,881
- Alaska 1,963 Kansas 1,928
- South Dakota 755
- Oklahoma 2,721; Oklahoma 10,135
- Utah 3,358
- Wyoming 3.345
- California 4,666
- Ohio 4,471, Ohio 770
- New York 3,497; New York 10,672
- Delaware 4,034
- Nevada 5,372
- Arizona 10,449
- Arkansas 13,329
- South Carolina 14,001
- Georgia 18,008
- Missouri 11,347 Missouri 9,604
- Tennessee 17,522
- Michigan 12,119
- South Carolina 10,433
- Colorado 13,248
- Oregon 9,741
- New Jersey 9,157
- North Dakota 8,309
- Montana 9,253
- Indiana 12,051
- Mississippi 11,597
- Georgia 9,019
- Kentucky 11,589
- Florida 19,183
- North Carolina 16,845
- Texas 63,745
- Louisiana 27,067
The Texas petition, which suggests to the Obama administration, "Texans neither want nor need you," reads as follows:
"We petition the Obama Administration to peacefully
grant the State of Texas to withdraw from the United States of America
and create its own NEW government. The US continues to suffer economic
difficulties stemming from the federal government’s neglect to reform
domestic and foreign spending. The citizens of the US suffer from
blatant abuses of their rights such as the NDAA, the TSA, etc. Given
that the state of Texas maintains a balanced budget and is the 15th
largest economy in the world, it is practically feasible for Texas to
withdraw from the union, and to do so would protect it’s citizens’
standard of living and re-secure their rights and liberties in
accordance with the original ideas and beliefs of our founding fathers
which are no longer being reflected by the federal government."............Only time will tell....UPDATE: https://rt.com/usa/news/white-house-texas-secede-612/

Tic-Toc 2012/11/13 19:43:25+10I hope they do.
I am sure that more then one military member either active duty, retired, disabled or just seperated WILL band Together (reguardless of whatever state they come from) to protect those who wish to enjoy the freedoms and the rights we grew up with.
P.S. It would blow all obama's plans to hell

Would need to see some evidence that half of Texas' population are illegal immigrants and that these individuals were counted on the census, especially when 70% of people answering the census were white. And even if true, you'd still be left at 0.011%.
Still as you say, it's early days and anything could happen.
States."
So yes, for some crazy reason I did think this thread was about secession.
And you cant call the signatories of this movement as the 'silent majority' until they actually achieve a majority of numbers. Or if they're not being silent come to that.
And please stop calling the UK 'England'. It'd be like me calling the USA 'Pennsylvania'.
And I did say anythingwas possible, just merely pointed out that at the time, the numbers weren't that inspiring. But they do continue to go up I'll give you that, so who knows what'll happen. Guess we'll just have to wait and see.
....and
How can someone from another country possibly appreciate ANYTHING related to America?. Very few of you are intelligent OR informed enough to even sneeze in our direction much less offer opinion. You're SO out of touch.
Our suggestion to ppl of your ilk is this:
.....your opinion doesn't even qualify for Liberal - because this is what is thought of liberal mindset in America:
Here's the one for Virginia
I was referring to the pamplet "Common Sense" by Thomas Paine. I apologize if that wasn't clear.
Prehaps the reference was too obscure. My humor is a little odd, I've been told.
Mea Culpa and all that.
When does it stop being "donations" and start being "bribes"?
I suppose it's our own fault. Lawyers are a profession KNOWN for their unscrupulous behaviour, yet we keep electing our officials from among their number.
Do you know why sharks never eat lawyers?
Professional courtesy!
