Just when you thought there couldn't be any more players in the ongoing soap opera over the hunt for President Obama's original birth certificate and his constitutional eligibility for office, there comes yet another name: Elena Kagan.

Yes, the same Elena Kagan nominated by the commander in chief to be the next justice on the U.S. Supreme Court has actually been playing a role for some time in the dispute over whether Obama is legally qualified to be in the White House.

Here's the connection. Kagan served as solicitor general of the United States from March 2009 until May of this year.

In that role, she legally represented the U.S. government in numerous cases coming before the Supreme Court.

A simple search of the high court's own website reveals Kagan's name coming up at least nine times on dockets involving Obama eligibility issues.

The fact Kagan handled these cases and is now Obama's first choice for the high court is raising some eyebrows.

"She was the solicitor general for all the suits against him filed with the Supreme Court to show proof of natural-born citizenship," notes WND reader Carl Jorgensen of Farmingdale, N.J. "He owes her big time."

"All of the requests were denied of course," Jorgensen continued. "They were never heard. It just keeps getting deeper and deeper, doesn't it? The American people mean nothing any longer. It's all about payback time for those that compromised themselves to elect someone that really has no true right to even be there. We should be getting so sick of all of this nonsense. The USA has finally become the laughing stock of the world. God help and deliver us."

And they say she will be confirmed...Of course she will be...can you guess why???

this is absolutely a reason for eliminating her from eligibility for this position.. her bias is well noted.. just more liberal corruption and favoritism. The Republicans that vote for her are just as bad as any of the democrats.

I thought this interesting. How this applies to President Obama's natural born legal status to be a U.S. senator or U.S. President I'm not sure.
"The Fourteenth Amendment does not make one born in the United States "natural born citizen" it only makes them "born citizen."

"When Barack Obama Jr. was born on Aug 4, 1961 in Honolulu, Kenya was a British colony, still part of the United Kingdom's dwindling empire. As a Kenyan native, Barack Obama Sr. was a British subject whose citizenship status was governed by the British Nationality Act of 1948. That same act governed the status of Obama Sr.'s children."

"Since Sen. Obama has neither renounced his U.S. Citizenship nor sworn an oath of allegiance to Kenya, his Kenyan Citizenship automatically expired on Aug 4th, 1982."

President Obama's father was a British subject whose citizenship was governed by the "British Nationality Act of 1948" and President Obama was born in Honolulu in 1961 while Kenya was still a British colony; that same act "governed the status of Obama Sr.'s children." Even though it says Obama did not take a sworn oath of allegiance to Kenya; Obama would automatically have been at birth in 1961 under the law of the British Nationality Act making Obama's citizenship still governed by the British. Even though Obama's mother was a United States citizen, which rule would apply first. President Obama's allegiance at birth would fall under the "British Nationality Act of1948." That act was still enforced when Obama was born in 1961 even though he was born in Honolulu.
"The phrase "subject to the jurisdiction thereof" was intended to exclude American - born persons from automatic Citizenship whose allegiance to the United States was not complete. With illegal aliens who are unlawfully in the United States their native country has a claim of allegiance on the child. Thus, the completeness of their allegiance to the United States is impaired, which therefore precludes automatic citizenship." President Obama does have questionable issues of being a "natural born U.S. citizen" to have the right to become a U.S. Senator or U.S. President.

I know Obama had a foreign scholarship but I don't know what he did with his citizenship or the rules of that. For the first time I actually do question Obama's legal right to have become a U.S. Senator or U.S. President. Yes a U.S. citizen, but not the legal rights to govern the United States. Obama's allegiance at birth would still have automatically fallen under the British law of Kenya due to his father.

I question all the secrecy around all of his records, why go to such measures to keep it all hid, there is more to this, than we may ever know...Spending millions to keep it hid, there is more to this than just a birth cert..I do believe the truth will come out eventually, but it may be to late for us to do anything about it at that time.

Obama's ratings are so low I doubt he will have a second term. So far during his Presidency he and Michelle have taken more personal vacations then any other President or his wife. Michelle Obama has done almost nothing at the White House as duties of a First Lady representing the United States. They both waste too much money. They did not come into the White House wealthy as the Kennedy's were or even the Bush family. Laura Bush was very conservative in her spending. Michelle Obama is a very bad influence and I personally believe did much to hurt her husband's presidency. I remember most wives of U.S. Presidents using Airforce One for diplomatic reasons. They stayed with wives of leaders of other foreign nations; making public speeches. Michelle Obama has no class. She cannot buy it by living in the White House. Her law degree was a waste of time; I wonder how she managed to get that. I have come to believe all this went to their heads. Are they seeing the world for the first time.? Obama could care less about how to make this country work better; he is on some ego trip cry babying that he is being put down. I did not like Bush but it is so pathetic listening to Obama constantly tattle tale about what Bush did. He is so immature.

You are quite right, I keep wondering what is she doing as first lady, she started a garden, but never works it, instead the ground people do, she has 26 haid maidens, yet can't dress very well, most of the time, she has taken up the cause for obesitiy, yet parties and plays, having room service all the time. She should set the example by beiing outside with her children more, working her garden with them, would be a great lesson, I work mine daily and though it is work, I reap many a benefit from on not only the food, but a tan, and learning what to go and how, and so on...this will hurt his rating I agree, at this stage with less than 90 days before midterm election, I pray and hope, he will be made a lame duck president.

And the really ironic thing, is most of them only repeat what they have heard, I myself have read more and learn more in the last few years, than I ever learned in school. I read and have bought a few other good books I haven't got to read yet, about our real history and what this country was built on. Look people, the reason the petitions are denied is the same reason the GOP won't touch the birther issue with a 10 foot stick.

It is because the BC has been verified by numerous sources including The US justice Department, Head of Hawaii dept. of Health, and independent researchers politifact.
