What about Beer, it is just as bad for us as far as weight goes. Are waiters and waitresses going to have to monitor how many ounces each customer has consumed. How about bartenders, and ball park venders. This is so stupid it smells all the way to the Pacific Coast, an beyond. Only a dead head liberal like Bloomberg could come up with something like this. How long before we have Soda Speakeasies in NYC. I guess NJ will have a thriving border business before long in 32, and 46 oz drinks. Cruse ships on the New Jersey side of the river. Or just across the Connecticut border. Sounds like a new cottage industry to me.
