Well then, I guess neither Rubio nor Obie are eligible. The difference is Rubio is NOT running for POTUS or even VP at this point.

Sure, Rubio, like Obama, is not eligible to be President or Vice President because he is not natural born.

Allen West is a fairly good guy who sounds fantastic, but who has only a 56% rating on spending bills by the Club for Growth for the 2011 Congress. While that is much better than any Democrat (Dan Boren is the Democrat outlier with a 44% rating, if I remember correctly), it is not a good rating as Republicans go.

Democrats have only run one black American (well half-black), so perhaps the Republicans should be given a bit of time to run a black man, especially given that far too many black Americans are clinging to the party whose policies are most harmful to their well-being. For some reason, black Americans do not rally to really good Americans such as Justice Clarence Thomas. Black Americans do not seem yet to be ready for a good Republican black politician.

Sadly correct. But if you believe this why allow Husein to remain as pretender?

Because, try as we have, time after time, we have no "standing" so those in power don't have to listen, and can keep their criminal buddy indefinitely, and the people can do not one damn thing about it.

Yes. I keep forgetting that the voters have no standing to challenge a candidate's elgibility to hold the office.

But we can still limit his harm by voting him out.

MUCH damage is already done, and voting him out is years too late. He must be put out for ineligibility or arrested for Treason to void what he's done, and even that can't possibly restore the money which has plain disappeared.

You are of course right. I was aiming for the short term acheivable goal.
After he is out his qualification to have ever served can still be challenged.

I greatly fear that such challenge will come to nothing, and the odds will be even worse after vote2012. Arpaio & posse did good work to determine that the B.C. was fraudulent, but that needs to be pursued with an arrest for Treason, which seems strangely not happening. Seems no matter what, nothing which matters gets anywhere.

There is not any legal definition of natural born - there are some decisions that allude to it but when all the dust clears, we remain without one and I expect we will never have one at this point in time. Scholars refer to papers, statements, bits and parts of SC decisions and speculate as to what was meant - only way to resolve is a law and that will not happen.

Rubio is eligible and, quite frankly, would be an excellent choice.
