In fact he came from there !!!! and he brought his skills to teach USA what to eat and how to become civilized !!!

---------------------Lapsang Souchong Chilled Cricket Pokies--------------

it is a bug dinner serves fried rice and chilli paper -glazed onions stirred with imported tai crickets and tarantula ( black big spider ) marinated in lapsang souchong tea!!!!!!!!!

Ingredients ( serve 4 )

1- half kilo Tai cricket

2- 6 tarantula ( grilled or fried in oil )

1- cucumber sliced into two

method of cooking:

Roast crickets in the oven for about 30 minutes and then marinate in lapsang souchong tea for half an hour or so. Salt to taste

add tarantula ( already grilled )

slice cucumber into half inch thickness. lay out cucumber slice. place 1 slice of pickled ginger neatly on each side

Place 1 small dollop of mango chutney on top of the pickled ginger

Add cricket & tarantula to each canapé

Refrigerate for 15 mins

to finish , sprinkle 3 coconut shaving on top.
