A majority of Americans believe that showing identification is simply common sense when identification is necessary to identify someone. When it comes to voting, liberals are incensed that anyone would have to prove who they are. If we were all saints, and a person’s word could be trusted, then showing an ID would be unnecessary. But that would be true for all types of calls for identification.
Elections are about money and power. Elected officials have forgot about fairness, God and Country. Al Sharpton you are a hand extended of the murdering baby slaughtering Liberal radicals, why don't you allow God to change you as he did Saul on the Damascus Road.
There has only been 13 cases of voter fraud in the past decade. WTF is this really about?
The GOP either thinks everyone is stupid, or they really just do not want a certain type of American voting. Nothing new.
In person voter fraud is virtually non-existent in the US. Keep your wild, insane, unfounded, non-resourced, "potential" conspiracy theories for the crazies. They'll believe anything on innuendo alone (like yourself).
Thanks!
The fact is, you will be making it more difficult for legal, legitimate voters to vote, and even if voter fraud were that big of a problem, the amount of voters you'd be disenfranchising would still greatly outnumber that of the "false voters".
As typical, the GOP tactic as of these last few years is to address a problem that isn't really that big of a problem, and blow it out of proportion so that no one notices that their solution is doing more harm than good.
I like what they do in other countries to ensure voter compliance with one person, one vote.
But we're too modernized to consider such a thing.
YOU will be screaming "driver's suppression!"
In person voting fraud is virtually non-existent.
Lastly, the vast majority of the rare fraud attempts are done through mail in votes... something Voter ID will not stop.
Virtually, but NOT impossible or improbable.
This may be, but that doesn't stop scores of people from voting in different states or voter fraud via absentee.
Welcome to everything, ever. Sorry, but that was one of the worst arguments for anything, ever.
Then fix absentee/mail in fraud. Voter ID does NOT fix it. In any way.
Back to the question of "why" Voter ID again, it seems... Most of us know the "why", GOP leaders knows why, but their constituents still actually believe it's to stop Jose from voting.
LOL. The GOP manipulating dumb people for political gain. NOT new...
YOU will be screaming "driver's suppression!"
