What about criminalizing homosexuality seems "fun"?
Besides, I didn't know it was a criminal offense to be homosexual. If it isn't a crime, how could we "decriminalize" it?

The U.N. has good ideas. It's dominated by Western ideology, but the concept of the U.N. has always been a great stride towards world peace. Now if we can get people mobilized on it.
and criminalising Heterosexuals. What does it have to do with the UN anyway?
They are NOT the world government... no, wait... Doh!
