Our progressive utopia in the United States would be more of a, you can dress how you want, read or write what you want, basically be free "to express yourself". But the nanny government would make all the big decisions for you (no gun ownership, health care decisions, limited automobile ownership, and so on). Of course, like all other utopias, these rules would not apply to the ruling class, who could own whatever they wanted.
