Keeping in liberal thinking that showing ID to vote and proving you are who you actually are is racist, is this sign at a store asking the same thing make it racist?

No, it's like government applications, they ask are you black, brown or white so the jews check white, but on the flip flop, anything that doesn't go their way they cry 'hate crime.'

I don't think it's racist, I had a point, according to liberals voting ID laws are racist because it's asking for ID so if asking for ID is racist this must be the most racist sign ever right?

Your ability to differentiate situations is astoundingly weak. I will tell you this - the sign is not racist but the number of customers who are older or from marginalized backgrounds writing checks will definitely be impacted by this policy. And that's the issue with voting.

So the answer is NO? Is it difficult for you to imagine eligible US Citizens not having the level of ID some states have proposed? (Elderly, non drivers, victims of theft, etc...) I assume that you would agree some eligible people would not have the documents. IF you accept that can you also accept that unavailable documents would disproportionately impact already marginalized segments of the society? It's pretty clear logic.

Not true when the state said they would drive anyone and give them a FREE ID so there's really no excuse, on top of this those people also need ID when they do anything so you have to have an ID anyways even if you aren't voting.

Nope, it's the same thing, you NEED to prove who you are everywhere you go, rent a video, get a library card and rent a car, cash a check so why is it racist for voting to prove that you are able to vote but not anything else?
The only reason you would not want people to prove that they aren't who they say they are is if you want to cheat end of story.

a part of the american population is simply being disingenuous and lying, they know damn well that this voter id idea is designed to discourage the poorest part of the working class reliably votes democratic and is mostly black / hispanic. and that not only is there virtually no federal level fraud, almost half of the population doesnt even vote at all!!!!!!
