We already pay for it because ERs are required to treat people regardless of their ability to pay and guess what it has not cause the price of private insurance to go up 60%.

They passed debt ceiling many, many times, for Republican presidents but now they wanted Obama to look bad, That admitted (ala Rush) they want him to fail so they can have all the power again. It has nothing to do with what is good for America or Americans.
