All of that goes out the window when the IRS is concerned. I have had far too many close encounters with this inept, illegal and inhumane agency. I know just how far they can go to destroy someone's life.
I became a tax specialist due to a case that destroyed a man. His former employer withheld taxes but never submitted them. The company disappeared. 5 years later the IRS came knocking at the door of their former employees, some held onto their handwritten pay stubs showing the withholding. One man didn't. The IRS liened his paycheck except for $50 per week. He lost his partial custody of his child, his home, his car and his will to live.
The last agency I would want to control my health would be the IRS.

That's so true and happens more often than we think. Admittedly the IRS paid 4 billion to dead people, 10 billion to illegals, 2.1 million "refund" issued on a debit card!
It is true, that if the law would be successfully implemented, instead of adding doctors into the system to accommodate millions into the system, the government will be adding more IRS agents by the thousands to monitor the people who would be paying the penalty. We've got to repeal this healthcare come November.
It will be one stop shopping for the Russian Mafia. A convenient place to commit Tax Fraud and Health care Fraud. Identity theft will be rampant. Too much info ready to be had. IRS employees are mostly temp workers and will make the TSA look like professionals.
Just think folks, 16,000 more IRS agents out there to steal your money while they line up the "death squads" to put down the elderly. My only suggestion to obumbo would be to use the Navy Seal teams as the "death squad" technicians...they would be quicker and be much less painful in the pursuit of Grandpas death.
It's not just the elderly. It will be anyone who serves no useful purpose. And when they are eliminated they can start up again with the dishwashers, janitors, and anyone else who can be easily replaced. If they can readily get rid of the elderly and the unborn whats to stop them from getting rid of all those in between?
