Mr. Romney and Mr. Ryan will bring fiscal sanity to the luny bin in DC. They will bring sound budgets, reasoned arguments and legislation that has at least been read before passage.

This month's AARP magazine has an interview with Romney. This is a magazine read by concerned Americans, 50 plus years old, as well as others. No doubt a significant voting bloc? The guy of course does not provide a detailed plan of what he intends to do to America, although his answers unmistakably say, deregulation. The guy keeps going back to that! He wants to relieve corporations of paying their fair amount of taxes, and goes back to the trickle down theory.

Well I'm sure, as with the case with the auto industry, he will let the home mortgage crisis and small business crash. "Let them fail" using his words. Additionally, you can bank on him repealing AHC, Deregulating and undoing any controls placed on banking to avoid another collapse. Crush unions and workers rights as well as equality for women and gay people. Destroy international relations with Russia, China and the entire middle east. These are the things that come to mind that he has taken a firm position on, unfortunately nothing for the good of the people. Why would anyone (citizen), vote for this option?

With America losing their economical stance in the world I want a man in the office that has economic business sense tha Obama that is filled with black areas in his life that are under lock and key. You should see China today since they adopted America's economic sense and how to build a wealthy country. You would be amazed. Get Obama out of the White House and you will see all of us benefit from a strong economy. Maybe you want to work until your in the grave but most Americans want to enjoy what they reaped in life and that will not happen until Obama is out. And if you really are doing your homework on both candidates you would know that Romneys tax will be less than Obamas at 28%.

I'm afraid your comparison is flawed it is based upon a superficial view of China. I have been there many times and stayed there for stretches of time. You have to look under the rug to get a true picture.

On Dec. 31, 2006, Romney became the first major candidate in the 2008 presidential election to sign a prominent taxpayer protection pledge offered by Americans for Tax Reform, an influential anti-tax group headed by Grover Norquist.

OK, I checked your profile and we have a bit in common. You're not a wurst and this gives me a chance to learn a bit about human nature. May I stick my nose where it doesn't belong and ask "why Bob"? From his profile I see he's a Liberal but other than that, you seem quite similar. Of course, feel free to tell me where YOU suggest I stick my nose although I will probably not comply.

BS, taxes will be cut for everyone including businesses which will give them the incentive to hire which means more Americans working and paying taxes. The United States does not need nearly 50% of Americans paying NO tax. Try worrying about that instead.

None, I can only think of one word to say to u...........Arithmetic! Are u aware the tax cuts in place the repub want to expire are worth 25-3000/family in tax relief to the mid class? So give everyone a $500 tax break and add the $2500 expired break = 2000 more taxes to me. Its a bigger story than that but i doubt u will understand it. regards
