Only his ex chief of staff, Chicago Mayor Rohn Emmanual wants him here.I personnal suspect shortly after he is out of office - if he ever leaves office - he and his wife are going to sell that house in the Englewood neighborhood of Chicago, IL, and move his family out of the state and move to the part of the state of Hawaii rich folks have their private villas and plantations. No more urban city life for him.

it is definitely a political ploy.. I think he might be thinking Mitt Romney might choose Marco Rubio for his VP... trying to secure Latino vote. Either way, it's politically motivated.
