The man who swore to 'protect and defend' the constitution of the United States of America has chosen to ignore his constitutional duties without the consent of congress and without passing a law 5 months before an election for a constituency which cannot legally vote.

Of course this is a ploy. He is aware that he losing votes to the American public, so he like other Democrats is doing everything he can to make sure he stays in office. Even if it means doing so in an illegal way to get to votes. This man is a narcissist and nothing more, he and his administration need to get the boot, that includes Holder, Reid and Polosi.

Of course. He should be impeached. Presidents are supposed to execute the laws and make sure they are followed, not unilaterally decide which ones to follow and which ones not to follow. If he thinks the laws need revision he needs to get congress to act on that, not just do whatever he wants.

What next, posse comitatus too inconvenient. War powers act. Maybe election law. Who does this guy think he is?

Obama told some of his Chicago buddies he was NOT an American citizen while he was running for senate, but they are afraid to come forward because they would be risking their lives...So of course an illegal would want to give others amnisty. Did people already forget about his illegal aunt and uncle???
For the record, my Hispanic American friends don't want amnisty for illegals because they (illegals) give them (Hispanic Americans) a bad name and cause their income to go down...

Duh, of course it's a political ploy. Problem is, I don't think it's going to work well in his favor. This is just another last ditch effort to gain some more votes. However, it's too little too late. He's done absolutely nothing positive to turn the economy around.

In the end, Obama will just be known as the worst (one-term) president in U.S. history.
