Are we sure the government knows what it's doing- maybe they don't keep very good track of where our money goes. Maybe they aren't being very honest about it and how much does the president and his circle spend? Do you think that if we were to track where our money was going we'd be able to determine what needs better attention and why can't we grow our own agriculture?

They don't care how they spend our money. They use it to their own advantage.

It was pretty easy to hide thousands when the politicians talked in millions... then it became very easy to hide millions when they talked in Billions... Now, look how easy it is to hide a few Billion dollars when you are talking Trillions!

We will most likely never know the vast billions of $$ squandered, wasted and stolen from the taxpayers by ineptness and greed at all levels of government.

Is the government honest about anything? Everything is on a "need to know" basis. "Transparency"? BS.

I believe the way our government spends money is one of the most closely guarded secrets in Washington. Every once in a while we'll hear about $50 dollar hammers and $100 dollar toilet seats, but for the most part the average Joe and Josephine have no clue where their tax dollars get spent.
