Is the Bill of Rights about to be declared "Null & Void" by passage of this Bill?

You!

If this bill passes the Senate, it may be the tipping point of the next American Revolution. Orders from the President or his minions can and will authorize the Military to capture, incarcerate, and even torture American Citizens, and hold them indefinitely, with no trial, nor any chance of following the Rule of Law. ( No attorney, no day in court, just hold you until they decide to either charge you or let you go) Before going off half cocked and firing off a response based on your emotions, plese read the article and then comment.

Anything which violates the US Constitution is null & void, not any part of the US Constitution. Nothing overrides the Supreme Law of the land!

Why not tune in to others who are more in the know than us. Ask Judge Napalitano what he thinks of this. Ask Mark Levin - he is a constitutional lawyer and commentator.

Not being a follower of Alex Jones, I can't deny you are right - but I'll just bet you are wrong about that. Of course we could say the same of you - and I know as much about you as I do him.

We've been losing our rights and freedoms little by little for a very long time now... we've been subject to more and more gov't intervention and control as time has progressed...

    Just 12?
Make sure you have plenty of ammo too!
Remember ANY gun you have owned for over 10 years, you sold over 10 years ago and no longer have the paperwork (that's the law 100% legal) Keep them separate and hidden.

Most of the BOR is already void. The rest will be nullified once they figure out how to control the 2nd amendment. If it weren't for so many Americans having guns, we'd be complete slaves already.

Thank God for the NRA. Government already takes 66% of your income, via direct and indirect taxes, according to the National Taxpayers Union. The average taxpayer doesn't break even, and start working for themselves until @ June 1 each year.... And each year, the bite get just a bit worse, taking several more days to break even.

Judge Napolitano discussing this with Sheriff Richard Mack, (author of "The County Sheriff, America's Last Hope") - everyone should have 2 copies, one to keep, and hand the other to your local sheriff. Available cheap from sheriffmack.com.

I have emailed both of my Senators and my Representative this email:

I respectfully request you do all in your power to prevent the passage of SB 1867. It places our Bill of Rights in severe danger and no matter what any Supreme Court may or may not say, is NOT a Constitutional bill. It is a bill that is antithetic to liberty that is every American's right.

Please, (Senator or Representative), our freedoms are being whisked away at a most rapid pace - and it is our government that is whisking them away. I did not vote for this.

Thank you for your consideration of my request.

    Tasine,

It's a well written statement, but far too nice. You shouldn't be thanking them for anything, and you should be demanding, not asking that they stop these bills.

Most of the people in Congress don't deserve any respect. They certainly haven't done anything to earn it.

The time may be near for the citizens to declare federal authority null and void. Politicians and many citizens forget that the citizens are the government and the politicians are their employees.A self governed free society does not allow it's employees to declare war on them.

Most people in this country haven't got a clue that we the people have the power. Unfortuantely, when the system has been built to ensure hardship for all Americans if they rock the boat, we're in a tough spot.

No, it doesn't look good. Apathy and willful ignorance still rule. I think we are in for a very tragic calamity in the near future. The masses will be blaming the wrong people.

They always blame the wrong people, because the government blames the wrong people and never themselves. And as hard as it is to comprehend, the people STILL believe the government on the big stuff when they know they lie about everything. It baffles me.
