Is the American left keeping the American black enslaved to government dependency just to get their vote

These people have always put as many people in the GOVERNMENT PLANTATION, whether they are black, brown or white. As in many countries, people would rather have someone do the thinking for them thamn think for themselves, it's easier. What these people don't understand is that everytime they do this, they are surrendering their freedom

yes.. of course.. they remain in most cases in situations of poverty and living in gettos or other cramped quarters with no influence to help them improve.. when promised by the left and obama especially to have all that changed just to get their votes.. of course they vote for him.. and they do keep getting their free stuff.. but in the long run.. still stay stuck in that rut.. Being stuck in that rut is essential to the progressives.. they need to make their false promises each and every election to get those votes..

I'll give this to Obama: he's an equal opportunity enslaver. Used to be, and I've heard this from liberal Democrat trial attorneys, it was nearly impossible for a white person to get social security disability benefits. It was a black thang. Not any more.

Relative on the wifey's side applied. All he wanted was disability going forward. Instead they reviewed his compensation and discovered he hadn't had wages for nearly 10 years. So he's getting back pay @ over $1,500/month, and the same amount per month going forward. He literally hit the Obama jackpot.

Yes without a doubt the left has been continuing the dependency of Black Americans. If it were not for the left, Blacks would have been forced to bond together and become economic independent. They would have then taken control of their own health care thusly not being plagued with large infant mortality rates, producing a much greater percentage of the national population. They would have taken control of the education of their own children, thusly making them much more competitive and prosperous. Then they would have pursued their own international interest and support foreign policy in such.

Yes; they have made blacks think that the only ways to be rich whereby you won't have "sold out" are sports, the entertainment industry and(though they don't say this outright) crime. To succeed in a "white man's job" is looked down upon by 'hood rats.

Both Thomas Sowell in his "Black Rednecks and White Liberals" and Shelby Steele in "White Guilt" have nailed down this issue with the conclusion, blacks are just as fully capable as any other culture to educate themselves and pursue opportunities of their creation, totally without accepting their accustomed dependencies.

When compared to Asian and Indian immigrants, all starting at the same beginning point of education, blacks, who have migrated from the South, choose on their own to remain behind, because that's what their culture has taught to do. Read both authors, form your own conclusions.

The left has built a sub-culture of people dependent on government programs. Fear of losing votes is the primary reason they're unwilling to discuss cutting entitlement programs.

The shame of it is that most are more than HAPPY to sell their freedom for a monthly check.

I see the public education system as telling people they need to set their goals that they can be whatever they want to be. THere are blacks who are going to college and doing alot with their lifes. There are blacks that drop out of school and do nothing with their lifes. The same goes with whites. It is time that parents jump on the bandwagon and start enspiring their children to want a better life for themselves.

The American Left believes in a caste system. I, as the rich white Democrat, am better than you, therefore I must give you scraps, so you'll stay in your place and be grateful to me. You see it all the time in the entitlement programs, the government handouts are not enough to succeed in life, but it you try to get ahead, then the program punishes you for trying.

The "progressives" believe that they are smarter than the rest of us and when they get slapped down by their own ignorance, then they get made. They promote the idea that if your smart and successful, then you must of put someone else down to get there. You see these ideas pushed on us all the time in TV show, and movies. School is bad, so you should do your best not to learn. If your in the right, it's ok to lose your temper and lash out at others. Bigger, faster, and stronger is better than smart and peaceful.
