Honestly, I'm not liking any of the options. They're all either crazy or too afraid to do anything properly. None of them seem to be addressing the real issues. Let's not focus on getting rid of women's rights or giving them new ones, how about we just make sure they have jobs and go from there. In the end I'd prefer to have Obama, hopefully when he no longer has to worry about getting re-elected he'll actually do something. If not, he's shown himself to be an adequate placeholder for someone else to come along. Not moving the country forward, but not sliding it back. The republican options seem like they'd set fire to the country over the smallest grievance.
this is more Democratic propaganda--I wish people would have heard of Liberal Democratic activist- Hilary Rosen's comments on CNN to hear real anti-woman statements.

i said I would trust him as a "friend" because he strikes me as not the stand up type... the kind of a guy who has your back when things go south... i would not count on him if I needed help.
as for how he would be as POTUS... who knows, but I DO know how Obama would be as POTUS and I'll take that choice in a heart beat.
Ya, Old rich man says it is his time. He has everything else that money can buy, and now he wants the presidency. He has yet to put out a plan better than Obamas. I would vote for Obama over and over if I could.
The hierarchy of the Mormon Church lies to keep women subordinate to men. By using passages from the Doctrine and Covenants and other "scriptures" that are meant to describe, repeatedly, the subordinate roll of women, and the ruling role of men. Sexism is deeply entrenched in Mormonism, as patriarchal rule is taught, throughout the institution, as a "divine order". Sexism within the Mormon institution is overt and institutionalized.
Yes, he, the GOP Congress, and all the rest of the Republican state legislatures are bad for womens rights over their bodies, and for equal pay. Romney is deflecting it to the economy as he knows he doesn't have a leg to stand on regards regressing womens rights back decades. The GOP now wants to call the war on women nonsense, but they know very well if they don't get the womens vote majority they will be defeated.
Yes, it is always the grand bargain the GOP tries to exact so as not to give the president any credit. He had to go along with them last year to keep the Bush rates in order to get unemployment insurance extended.
PERIOD.

... or black people.
... or brown people.
... or poor people.
... or anyone he's not "friends" with.
and even then... if I knew Romney and we were "friends", I wouldn't trust him.
he does not strike me as a stand up guy.

in Romney world... its, "why would anyone vote for a black man... twice?"
