There is no such thing as reverse discrimination, discrimination is discrimination and it exists in every single race, gender, nationality, etc. out there and unfortunately probably will never completely disappear.

You bet and why not just have to keep the sense of humor alive to attempt to survive with all this nonsense of political correctness and the demanding of rights without responsibility.
And the general disgust with dishonest politics, corruption, hypocracy, vested interest and greed that rules the roost world wide.

I was going to start pushing the numbers this week on that subject. If you take the total work force and deduct the minorities and women I bet they would have a 2 to 1 advantage over a white males in regards to preferential job treatment.
