It is one method of conception. Babies are made through rape just as they are made through other forms of sperm to egg contact sports. Question really is: Is it the right way? Is it going to be acceptable? Who chooses?

Yes, you can get pregnant for being raped.
"Method of conception" implies it's a possible option for those who want to have a baby. Which is isn't for various reasons.

This interview was a good incite into Ryan...

If you listen , he states (not approves) of rape as a form of conception...

He stated he is against abortion , then explains there is an allowance in the Bill for victims of rape to deal with that pregnancy in the form they deem necessary...

There are other agenda's in the speech that are being over looked (intentionally by the left)....
