Challenge made to Obama’s eligibility in Illinois after they accepted his forged birth certificate as proof that Obama is a NATURAL Born Citizen to get ballot access there in the primaries. This case is one of only two cases that the the forged birth certificate was entered into court by the Obama defense. Michael Jackson and two other Illinois registered voters made the challenge that has a hearing in Chicago and in Springfield (teleconference) Monday, Sept. 17 at 10:30. Supporters can go to either location for the hearing.

Sadly this is a lost cause. When a so-called conservative Justice can do some fancy interpretations of the Constitution to make Obamacare legal, then you must know that they will force these states into allowing Obama on the ballot.

I think the real question is "Is the Birther movement out of excuses for hiding their deranged ideology of racism and/or stupidity".

I swear, you people are going to cost Mitt Romney this election by distracting voters from the real issues and making all Republicans out to be nutjobs. Not all Republicans are crazy, and I apologize to any people that think that these deranged extremists speak for mainstream Conservatives who want less government and more personal responsibility, not more craziness and stupidity.

He was never eligible to be a senator because he never regisrered with Selective Service. His registration is a forgery just like his birth certificates. The penalty for not registering is not being able to work for the fderal government or hold any federal office.

The last argument his attorney's made was that he hadn't been officially nominated so his eligibility couldn't be challenged.

His lawyers also said they did not need to enter his birth certificate but it was entered to prove eligibility in the primaries.

Two problems
If his OCON contains the Constitutional eligibility clause, they will have to show how he was properly vetted this time around.

If the clause is removed, as it was on the one Pelosi signed in 2008,... Lucy has some 'splainin' to do.
