The New Health Care (Obamacare) law H.R.
3590 Also HR 4872 requires all US citizens to have the RIFD (Radio Implantable
Frequency Device) chip implanted into all of us by March 23, 2013. Such a chip will not only include our medical
history, but personal information to include our bank account, social security…

[Healthcare Bill], pages 1001-1008:
(g)(1) The Secretary shall establish a national medical device registry (in
this subsection referred to as the ‘registry’) to facilitate analysis of postmarket
safety and outcomes data on each device that— ‘‘(A) is or has been used in or
on a patient; ‘‘(B)and is— ‘‘(i) a class III device; or ‘‘(ii) a class II
device that is implantable, life-supporting, or life-sustaining.”
Then on page 1004 it describes what the term “data” means in paragraph 1,
section B:
‘‘(2) In this paragraph, the term ‘data’ refers to information respecting a
device described in paragraph (1), including claims data, patient survey data,
standardized analytic files that allow for the pooling and analysis of data
from disparate data environments, electronic health records, and any other data
deemed appropriate by the Secretary”
What exactly is a class II device that is implantable? Approved by the FDA, a
class II implantable device is an “implantable radio frequency transponder
system for patient identification and health information.” The purpose of a
class II device is to collect data in medical patients such as “claims data,
patient survey data, standardized analytic files that allow for the pooling and
analysis of data from disparate data environments, electronic health records,
and any other data deemed appropriate by the Secretary.”

For, SHOULD you assume that obaba's plan is going to get you "FREE" insurance, you are wrong. What it actually does and what it is REALLY meant to achieve is to get you to come to the United States government for your healthcare. For already, a very, very large number of employers are saying they cannot afford obamacare and will pay the $2,000 to $3,000 fine (TAX) to the govt. What that means to you, should you get married and have a kid, you will be forced to purchase your insurance from the "pool" that will be established. The cost of that coverage will be $24,000 per year for you! :) Oh.... and by the way, that is not deducted from your paycheck, rather you pay for it AFTER taxes! :)
So.... are you STILL for your blessed obamacare? :)

Republicans wanted to pass a bill that would "tailor fit" the individual rather than a "one size fits all" presentation of obamacare! Yet even the democrats themselves did not know what they were passing! Or, do you not remember… “We have to pass the bill in order to know what’s in the bill?” That in itself should have told us we will be in trouble!

Why, as a Texan, are you limited to purchasing a policy that can be ONLY sold in Texas? Why can't you search for policies out of state where more competition will allow for greater choice and savings?
Why was there NO Tort reform put into obamacare? IF you live in South Texas, you undoubtedly know that the cost for your healthcare is among the highest in the state, yes? The reason for that is NOT more knowledge doctors nor more sophisticatedly equipped hospitals! It is because your area of Texas is among the highest Lawsuit centers in our country! Lawsuit abuse, or the fear of it, can add up to 30% higher insurance cost!
So... just in these few words, I've given you three major ideas that were indeed presented to Democrats..... yet not a SINGLE ONE of them nor 128 others, were remotely considered. WHY? The reason is very, very clear! obamacare was never intended to be delivered by the "private sector!" Nor was it EVER intended that you could keep your own doctor! obamacare was created for one purpose and one purpose only! To bankrupt the private insurance industry and force a socialistic government control of over 1/6 on the total American economy! Should you believe that is a "GOOD" thing, then you continue to support it! However, good luck trying to find a decent doctor or medical provider that will work for wages that will be 1/4 that of the medical profession now!

Why does that mean I've picked a side? Unless you consider that doing nothing and continue with 10-20% increase in HC cost every 1-2 years a solution. No it's simple means I was tired of nothing being accomplished.
Believe me... I've been without insurance... and I make too much for the handout route.. I don't like paying $500 buck because I have bronchitis, which is what I was paying 2 years ago... I had it twice that year.. $1000 bucks on a lung infection.

So again, what's your plan? How much is it going to cost me to go to a doctor... How much will it cost me to go with HC insurance without it going up 10%-20% every year or 2?
