    He is neither. Despite the Nazi use of the word National Socialism they were not a socialist party. Socialist like all essential services under the control of the government while fascist get in bed with the industrialists and do their bidding to stay in power. Europe has what is refered to as Democratic Socialism, meaning that the government takes control of only those services that the public wants them to. Fascism makes for a very controlled society with the trains running on time. People will give up all sort of freedoms for a bit of tranquility in their lives.

    He is to be considered more of a Fascists Dictator than anything else, something that is opposite of our Constitutional Republican form of government was designed to be. At any rate he needs to go by any means possible.

    This question matters not. Obama is a collectivist, which covers the entire spectrum of force and robbery for redistribution. People go to JAIL for such things, and government cannot be excused for the same crimes.

    We either have our Natural Right to Life, and to sustain and enhance our lives, or we do not "because the greater good" is more important than we are. Such is the fallacy of being GOVERNED.

    The observation you make is so overused on SodaHead that it become boring. Please think up something a little more orginal. I might add that I would like to have been President of the Harvard Law Review and a professor of Contitutional Law. Not bad for a looser who started out with so many strikes against him. You have to admire people that get to the top who get to the top on merit and not because they were born into a privledged family.
