Is Mitt Romney going to win the black vote since Obama supports gay marriage?

blacks are overwhelming opposed to gay marriage far more than whites. Obama won 96% of the black vote in 2008. Since Obama now supports gay marriage and Mitt Romney is taking a firm stand against it, will he win the black vote this election? How much of the black vote do you think Mitt Romney will get? why or why not?

Honestly, it still baffles me why blacks support suppressing rights for another minority group. I think they need a refresher course on the entire Civil Rights movement.

Maybe. I don't know. Many still vote among the racial lines and don't think of the consequences and histories beyond that reasoning.

Romney will get a portion of the black vote. Obama has done nothing for black folks. Hell, he hasn't done anything for anybody.

Romney will at best get 10% of the black vote. They are the easiest group of voters to sway and love to vote on race above all else.

No way....BUT black voter enthusiasm is way down. Polls show that he will get nothing this time to compare to those 800,000 black first-time voters that stood in huge lines to vote for him in in 2008. I feel bad for them. It was such an enormous emotional investment, and they actually thought that he was going to come through on all those promises he made.....HOPE dies hard.

Equal treatment under the law applies now just as it did during the Civil Rights movement.

He is not going to get the majority of it as the Democrats bought the black vote under Lyndon Johnson. But many blacks are sick and tired of Obama because he is Obama and what he is doing to America and are wanting real change like everyone else. And anyone who says Obama has 100% of the black vote is a blithering idiot.
