Well Mitt Romney should run again for Governor.
  • 2013/03/07 02:10:52
Sure, slap some lipstick on the Grand Old Pig and everyone will start voting for the 'new' Republican party. I'm certain Mitt will win next time, just look at all the repubs have given us:
Reagen - quintupled the deficit and tripled the entire national debt
Bush Sr. - toke the tripled national debt and increased it to quadruple
Bush Jr. - took the balanced national budget, given him by Clinton, and spent mountains of money to bankrupt the country and give us the great recession

Hey, Grand Old Pigs, America wont miss you when you're gone.

I voted for Mitt though he wasn't the most ideal choice. It's just that technically speaking Obama has actually done very little in the last 4 years. And though I didn't entirely agree with Romney at least he and Paul Ryan actually had a plan of action and viable political and financial history to back them up. I can't say that I was 100% pleased with their plan of action but at least they had one. I'm sure in the next few years with Obamacare ruins an already broken health care system and that Obama has continued to drag his feet on the economy another 4 years people will wake up. I'm not Republican so I would vote for a Democrat if I thought he had a good position but Obama is mostly talk talk talk and pretty words and nothing more. Also basically Obama didn't even create Obamacare because Mitt Romney already came up with the idea though I still don't believe in forcing people to buy insurance. But my point is that Obamas 1 and only idea wasn't even original.

Opens the door for the Democratic candidate to win once again in 2016. The conservatives are just handing over the elections now.

Mostly that's the Bush's fault for running the American Government like it was their personal Italian Mafia. Heck I think even Bozo the clown would win against any given Republican these days thanks to Bush Jr n' Sr. I don't think Jeb has a snowballs chance in hell as a Rep candidate in 2012 and if he is I for one am leaving the US.
  • Klynn 2012/11/18 19:13:03
Probably won't matter if he does, he wouldn't be a good president.
  • HiYa 2012/11/18 04:25:11
    That would be futile.

I doubt it. He's pretty much damage goods, and his latest gaffe an excuse why he lost claiming Obama promising stuff for the 47%. He never learns!!!

According to his wife, she stated that if her husband lost the election, this would be her husband's last Campaign.

In four years when Mr. Obama has delivered free Health Care, free dental and vision care, free cell phones, free TV's, free Ipads for school, free vouchers to attend ANY SCHOOL in the State a person is living in, free housing, free automobiles, free food, free vouchers for heating and air conditioning, vouchers for free clothes, the legalization of pot, there will not be enough of the working class left to vote anyone in to replace him. The working class will be the new minority!
  • Tedster Ole SGT... 2012/11/16 19:57:46
And thx to this being America your opinion is "free" and worth every cent of that!

Well, you are absolutely correct. Unfortunately, what I said is true and correct in Connecticut. There are people here that are in their forties and have never held a job but live very comfortably on yours and my taxes. I am all for helping people, it's what I do!, but when someone needs a vehicle for basic transportation they shouldn't be given a "used" Cadallic Escalade and a gasoline card.

  • Lester 2012/11/16 17:03:29
Despite the fact he apparently has nothing better to do, the combination of the animosity shown by conservatives during the primaries and the fact that he lost pretty much makes it impossible for him to try again.
  • CTF 2012/11/16 16:55:30

He can't. Once you run and lose you can't run again.
  • RogerCo... XxJanaN... 2012/11/16 17:03:18 (edited)
No. There is no such rule. One can run for President and lose as many times as one can stand it. Google "Harold Stassen."
  • Tedster RogerCo... 2012/11/16 20:00:17
Or Dick Nixon (before he had the chance to dick you).
  • XxJanaN... RogerCo... 2012/11/19 15:32:29
That's what I heard. That's what my parents told me. I don't care about politics so I'm not going to waste my time figuring it out. Kapeesh ?
