It's not gonna happen! There's too much opposition to overcome to make that happen in a few months time!

He already says he uses weed so why not support decriminalizing it. He may get the criminal and cartel vote.

He better do something big, because Romney just got a billionaire Casino mogul Sheldon Adelson to buy him the election with the first 10 million dollar donation, as Adelson said he would give 100 million if that's what it takes to make Romney president.
And 100 million worth of television media manipulation will insure stupid Americans vote for Romney.
Not that I give a damn who wins, Obama or Romney, they both suck! But at least if Obama makes pot legal I can get stoned and not have to think about America continuing to go down the toilet.

The DEA already thumbed their noses at Obama over this. In 2009 (I think) he told them to quit harassing the medical marijuana industry in California and let it be handled by the states and their citizens. They immediately went ahead with sending out letters to the dispensaries and the building owners telling them to shut down or they would be seized. Any pro pot stance Obama may take will strictly be for the purpose of vote pandering.

Love your avitar......must be my avitars long lost twin

Yes, I think I remember that situation you stated.
I realize Obama can't do anything about pot being legalized, was just stating he needs something big to survive the multi millions being used against him in the coming daze, Lol!!!!

Yes, I like cats, and own one, have always owned cats, and illustrate them in my artwork frequently. I have three childrens books on the market (at amazon.com) called "the raven, the kitty cat and the mouse" that I wrote and illustrated.
My last avitar was a logo on my business, and had a mystic cat in it, Here is a copy of it.

    mystic cat

As I have had many profiles here at sodahead, every year or so I delete my old profile and start an new one to refresh my attitude, Lol!!!!

Yupp, but when it's legal, and it will be when government needs the tax money it will bring in, then you won't be arrested for smoking it, won't have to hide anymore, and that is the difference.
Like alcohol, we will be able to purchase it in the stores righ off the shelf.
Two major cigarette companies already have thousands of acres of majorana growing in foreign countries, because they know something we don't, deals have already been made that we don't know about.

If it were, then he obviously thinks that 45% (or even more) of this Nation are complete morons. Cannabis users this entire Nation over should consider themselves insulted at such notion that they're idiots.

That all said, I am 100% for at the very least the decriminalization of Marijuana (as in, no arrest, no convictions, no jail or prison time, no felony, and no excessive or any fines over it at all - much less having the Para-Milatary Police dickwads busting down your door over a couple of personal PLANTS), and also 100% for legalization for grown adults to make their own decisions (whichever one has a shot in hell of happening), but this ploy would _NEVER_ get my vote for 0bama. EVER.

He has got to go, and he needs to be replaced with someone else who DOESN'T share 99.98% of his views, beliefs and policies - sorry Mittens, that means NOT you.

I don't think that would get him a second term. It would be nice though. But since when is it up to him? Here in MA. we got it decriminalized by getting it on the ballot and the people voting for it. Can we do the same thing to legalize it? Shouldn't it be up to the people? After all it is OUR government, no matter how much politicians try to deny us.

Ah yes... but that would be a way to TRY to trick the people. Look at him going pro-gay.

    It's all CRAP!

...I think the people are waking up too quickly and realizing they will be BETRAYED by BOTH PARTIES... LIKE ALWAYS.

Let me make something clear here, I didn't mean it would be nice to have Obama win, I meant to have pot legalized.
