Is John Boehner Stupid, Ignorant, or just a huge Hypocrite? You decide.

I just read this tidbit from what John Boehner said on the protests in Wisconsin:

"House Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio) accused President Obama's political supporters of "meddling" in the ongoing protests against Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker's (R) controversial budget plan.

Boehner comments came in response to reports that activists from Organizing for America, the grassroots arm of the Democratic National Committee (DNC), have traveled to Wisconsin to help organize rallies in support of the public workers. "

So American Crossroads isn't the grassroots arm of the Republican National Committee? Americans for Prosperity hasn't organized protests and "politically meddled"? And THEY don't organize protests... like... Tea Party protests?!

LMAO I can't figure out if he's just genuinely stupid or just being a hypocrite!

Finally. That only took 2.5 hours to get the "All of the above" option added by Soda Head staff. If we aren't able to do that ourselves I think the staff needs to do it a tad bit more quickly.

The Wisconsin Governor is VERY guilty of being a Union-Buster and very
much against the middle class that'll be upended by this legislation.
Is there no vehicle to have this poor legislator impeached? We'd be doing him
    a favor.
  • betz Platter... 2011/02/20 16:40:39

You can make your attempt to impeach the governor after every one of these teachers are fired for leaving classrooms unattended for 3 days. It's pathetic. Money before the children. Great statement for our nation.

I think we can count on Boehner to continue foot and mouth disease his whole tenure. He either has poor staff researching for him or he is just out of the league as speaker.

The TEA Party gatherings are attended by people who love our nation and its people. These teachers are leaving the job they were hired to do and putting the almighty dollar above the children they were paid to educate. Pathetic people.

Really? They're protesting changes to their collective bargaining agreement without their input as constituents of the state. The Tea Party protesters leave their jobs to attend a rally and it's somehow patriotic?

    What hypocritical tripe.
  • betz Kino 2011/02/20 17:35:14
    betz
Not at all. the TEA Party patriots are not leaving jobs unattended which causes children to run the streets. These teachers are breaking a contract by not being present in the classroom. There is an enormous difference. Fire each and every one of them. I'm pryaing that is what will happen.

They have a Constitutionally protected right to protest. We all do, just like your vaunted Tea Party.

If they are breaking a contract they do not have that right. If they're so into the union then why aren't they following the contract?

Really? Prove that statement. I'd be interested to see where contractual law has overridden Constitutional law. I'm pretty sure it hasn't.
