Is it time that we start using our National guard to guard the border?

Our Border Patrols and ICE agents are walking targets. In some area's they have been told to run and hide from armed intruders crossing the border. Today again we have an ICE agent shot while conducting an investigation.

Putting the National Guard on the border won't fix any of that. Join the TEA Party, find a local group, get loud and fix it.

They are not just picking peaches. I wish that was case. They are taking good paying jobs in construction from American citizens. I watched a report on TV that said that after Katrina 70% of the reconstruction was being done by illegals. I have ran into many Molders that were from Mexico and here illegally. That is a $20/hr. job.

I am not against controlling the border. The National Guard is the wrong group to stop illegals from laying sheet-rock, too. The Border Patrol is the right group. Push for more border patrol, drones, and more budget for equipment.

The DEA is the right group to stop drug trafficking. But Obie says there is no problem on the border.

Obie is the problem.

I am not sure if the DEA is equipped to handle the job either. They are better armed than the Border Patrol. Maybe we should ship Obie to the south west corner of Arizona and see how long he last.

Everybody has SWAT now including the DEA, IRS, and the EPA. No, I'm not kidding. They can use the BATF for cannon fodder against the drug cartels. The BATF needs to be shooting at someone besides women holding babies at Ruby Ridge and they can stop setting children on fire at Waco anyway. Yeah, send Obie south and make him take Holder with him.

I would love too. I would like to do it before Nov. myself. You forgot the 14 year old boy they shot in the back at Ruby Ridge. I have not forgot. Not one of them went to jail. If the good old boys had known what was going to happen I am sure things would have gone very differently for the Government men.

I didn't forget. I'll never forget. My point is to use those SWATs and BATF against the drug cartels. Let them dress up in black and go up against somebody that shoots back.

I want to hear on the news one day 20 cartel members shot and killed in southwest Arizona. They have some fine Quail hunting down there. It has been about 25 years since I went there. I had a bunch of javelina get after me when I boxed them in canyon. Should have seen go up those walls Lol
I did not dare shot at them with that bird shot.

I use to have a friend that would have loved the duty of taken out the dirtbags. The guy could make head shots at 400 yards. That was with iron sites.

I am quite sure that if the current health care package can be forced on us, and it was, then our Congress could manage to pass new and delete old laws and regulations to facilitate us having a military presence on the border!

If it were done right, there would be few deaths. The illegals would very soon be willing to place their name on the list for legal entry.

But, don't think I hate and/or don't sympathize with the illegals! I would do the same as they are doing if I lived down there. That is, if I could get by with it.

But, the best solution would be to let the states take care of their own specific problems, don'tcha tink?

But first things first, which is that the States must take over each their part of the "National" Guard. It must revert to the State Guard, not only to protect our borders, but also so that the States can protect themselves against FedGov. This will become critical when it comes to secession or revolution or martial law.

Only if the national Guard troops are Oath keepers, we do not need more storm troopers of the FED's/ NWO/DNC/GOP Oath keepers that are sworn to protect and serve the constitution and the Loyal American Citizens.

But not with the national guard! Implement a national plea for our military to come home and rescue their country and put up a fence around DC and call it the National Penitentiary. Then put all of them (politicians and judges) and their bankers on trial and punish them for treason. Then head straight to our borders!!!!

One of the biggest mistakes ever made by Reagan was when gave them amnesty. He promised to seal the border and it never happened. I had all kinds of people asking me to verify that they had been in the US for 5 years. I refused everyone.

Another problem is not having a farm-worker program so agriculture can get the laborers, legally, to work the fields. Most of those jobs are jobs that Americans will not work at, field labor. We used to have what was called the "Bracero Program" that allowed farmers to get temporary green cards for workers, bus them to their farms and house them there, and then take them back across the border when the season was over. In addition to securing the border, a program like that is a necessity.

As for Reagan and the amnesty for 5 million illegals, that was another of his attempts to be bipartisan with a Democrat-controlled congress that didn't work out. Republicans need to learn that to a Democrat, being "bipartisan" only means that they get their way.
