You were sworn in to "protect and defend" the Constitution of the United States of America. When are you going to start doing just that? (Never mind, I forgot you don't like the Constitution.)

this act was out of the realm of his exeuctive authority ,,no president ever acted this way with exeuctive orders ..and as a dictator would ......!
( a senator made a comment about this today ),, and the only way for this type of action permissible was by full house vote ( regan era did this ) and needed to be a bill and etc ..

Nothing illegal about what Obama did...it's called an Executive Order, for those conservatives who don't know what it's called.

Bush had many of them...not as well known (except, maybe, for banning Stem Cell Research).

Every President has the right to make them, and they last 2 years. Future Presidents can overturn them, if they like. Maybe Romney will get the chance (altho I doubt it), since he saw nothing wrong with the policy today (6.15), just the way it was implemented.
