Democratic Tennessee Rep. Steve Cohen riled Republicans Wednesday after he compared Barack Obama to Jesus Christ and suggested Sarah Palin is akin to Pontius Pilate. “If you want change, you want the Democratic Party," Cohen said. “Barack Obama was a community organizer like Jesus, who our minister prayed about. Pontius Pilate was a governor."

I think Sara Palin has been a target since she was announced as VP nominee. Obama has been treated like a celebrity and receives a majority of the press coverage on the election. It's always "all praise Obama"... borders on cult-like! The republican party receives a small amount of press, and it is typically negative. The election coverage is skewed, and frankly, I'm sick of watching this country praise and worship Obama like he's some kind of god! Get over it people! He's a politiician just like every other politician out there.

Democrats can get away with comparing their candidate to God/Jesus Christ and the media doesn't say a word. Democrats also get away with comparing their opponents to the one killed Jesus. Where is the outrage?
