Eric Holder has been voted in contempt, yet the Justice Dept. says Holder is not guilty of a crime, and they will not prosecute. Were you under the impression that it was a crime to act in contempt of Congress?

Amazing how we allow this administration to lord their power over us with so many sprinklings of shallow words and lies. Holder won't be the first AG to walk away with an innocent's blood dripping from his hands.

When congress acts stupidly, like getting involved in baseball, they deserve contempt.
But since a baseball player got put on trial for saying something that some members of congress didn't like, then Holder defenately deserves to be put on trial.

But since Eric Holder is the boss of the Department of just us, why would anyone expect he would be held to the same standards as us mere mortals?
