I haven't seen too many crimes that involve violence that doesn't have 'hate' attached to it in general. By having all these 'sub categories', we're creating new ways to punish people.

I think they should be called: illegal alien criminals. Their crime is being in this country illegally. While they haven't been caught and charged with that crime, the fact that they are in this country without authorization makes it a federal crime.

Immigration deserves to be protected. There are those in the United States, who hold Immigration to the highest levels of respect and personal concern; as by virtue of the fact that they are descendants of "Great-Grand-Parents" who came to the USA with a desire to make a new-life, and build a Clan just out of the desire to better their lives.
