So, with the passage of an illegal law, Joannne Grossi, newly appointed to Region III, (with no public scrutiny allowed in the appointment!) is now ahead on the Health Care chain of command over my duly elected state's Insurance Commissioner, Karen Weldin!

And you don't see anything remotely wrong with that? Are you going to be equally enthusiastic when the Republicans take over Congress and the WH and appoint who THEY want with no public input? I can't wait to hear your opinion on this one!

Bravo, sir! You're waking up! This isn't about Party, it's about Principle; and both have strayed from the founding principles!

I sincerely hope the Republicans learned something from their dismal performance during their leadership of our federal government when they...went Democrat... by spending outside the scope of the Constitution! Conservative Republican Principles have and shall save this nation... PERIOD!

For decades the Socialist Democrats have had their way (convincing Republican leadership in Congress in the past decade) to side with them on key issues that DIRECTLY and adversely affected our economy; Clinton's arm-twisting Congress to allow Fannie and Freddie to offer home loans to people who could never afford them; and in 2004, when the Republican-led Congress brought it up, the House Dems decried the attempt and said that NOTHING was wrong with Fannie or Freddie.

But you are correct! If the Republicans do not heed the warning from We the People and if they don't head back to their limited government roots, the Democrat Party shall NOT be the only one that crashes into oblivion (just like the Federalists, the Democratic-Republicans and the Whigs).

YOU and I must force these Career Politicians OUT of office who fail to listen to We the People! It's OUR money, the taxpayer who hired these frauds.

And it shall be the taxpayer who fires them! The era of the Citizen Politician (so envisioned by our founders) SHALL come of age if THEY refuse to listen.

The promised unemployment rate (that would never get above 8 percent) now ticking higher to 9.9 percent in April (not counting those who've dropped off the rolls altogether).

The use of misleading information to get the CBO to mistakenly conclude that the Tax-care bill would NOT add to the deficit (when the recent CBO numbers based on the ENTIRE law now shows this to add significantly to the national debt! The previous report a manufactured LIE by Pelosi/Reid to ram this unconstitutional legislation down our throats!

Fixing Medicare payment rates for physicians is still going to be really expensive, according to the latest estimate from the Congressional Budget Office (CBO).

The CBO updated its score sheet on how much a Medicare "doc fix" will cost in 2011 and beyond. It's noteworthy that the CBO assumes 2010 payments will remain flat for the rest of the year. Payments are set to drop 21.3% on June 1. But freezing rates and preventing the 21.3% sustainable growth rate (SGR) cut from June through December will cost $6.5 billion.

Here's what else the CBO says:

•Maintaining 2010 payment rates in fiscal year (October-September) 2011 would cost $9.2 billion extra. A 2% increase in fiscal year 2011 would cost $9.8 billion. Payments would drop 30% in 2012 if no fix was enacted that year.
•Extending the current pay rate through 2020 would cost an extra $275 billion.
•Using a Medicare Economic Index of 0.7% to 1.8%, annual increases to physician payments in fiscal years 2011-2020 would cost $329.9 billion."

When the Left says STOP fossil fuels NOW with NO viable alternative to replace it... HOW is that going to put us on the right track? How come when the Republicans wanted to debate the Energy policy in 2008, Pelosi shut off the microphones and recessed the House? Please, you lose credibilty when you bring that up! LOL!
