We just have more people WHINING about it than other countries. Other countries ACCEPT the fact that people are different and not everyone is going to like everyone else.
Only AMERICA acts like everyone can hold hands and sing "Kumbaya", "if only we can eliminate our differences".
They are of course FAILING to realize people's DIFFERENCES are what made this country what it is!

Not any more 'racist' than most other countries, however, it has a history, from its inception, of intolerance towards/of differing cultures and societies; that intolerance continues today.

Racism, perhaps ... but it definitely continues to be intolerant amongst its myriad cultural segments.

By no means is the U.S. more racist than many African and Asian countries. It would be like comparing mistreatment to slaughter...which happens again and again on those continents.

If "racial" is differentiating by appearance, it's racial. Hutus were killing people who had different characteristics, albeit, only slight. For me the real issue is discriminating against people using the rationalization that they aren't "us"...as some SodaHead wrote me about the Muslims who were denied flight by a pilot.

It is not racial because hutu and tutsi share same race and culture. As you know millions of hutus, even some white people who were there also died in that period. Civir war and racisme are two different things. you can't compare.

you voted wrong .why do people automatically think it's white people are the racist, when the word racism come up?? we have been conditioned to think only whites can be racists. I can give literally hundreds of example this is wrong . Time to recognize whites are under constant attack using the race card .

They are all time talking about the invasion of W. Europe by the Middle East and African nationals, many who are illegal. I think they have different rules about citizenship. I don't think we are much different from those countries. Everyone in the US is not racist or bigoted. The people who are are more vocal, is all.

Your question is obviously slanted, but I'll play along. No, America is not the most racist country. How anyone can claim the USA as having the most racist people is incredible!

The USA has the MOST DIVERSE population ON THE PLANET.

Racially, Culturally, Religiously, financially, you name it America is the most diverse.

It is also the most TOLERANT nation in the world. For that much diversity to co-exist on a daily basis and be contstructive and NOT destructive is a MIRACLE for nowere on the planet!

(bring on the race card crybabies- I'll be waiting)

yeah and your point is?? All your examples are the fringe of society. Even the fringe within the fringe of certain parties (like the tea party). In fact, some of your pictures are 40 years old..in case you haven't noticed..things have changed a lot since then. Go to any country and you will see small groups with their own racist and prejudice nature. Means nothing, zero, zip , nada to the soul of the majority of the country.

I think you were on the right track, but I have to differ. All of Europe is under invasion from muslim immigrants who refuse to assimilate into the culture. They seek judicial appeasement to satisfy their "sensitivities". They kill when civilians when they are offended, Case after case in Denmark, Italy, and Spain.

The German Chancellor, The French president, and British Prime Minister have all made public concessions that multiculturalism has failed. In fact, it is so bad in the UK that there is a book called Londanistan. And they get plenty of "free stuff" over there thanks to a heavy reliance on socialist systems especially in France and UK. And how do they repay their generous hosts? By rioting and plotting radical attacks on their new homeland. Nice huh?

    Sort of misleading choices.
America is a great country and one of the best supporters of human rights there is.
What's up with the emotional need to portray America as bad all the time?
Unfortunately the 'race ' card is pulled out so much when not warranted that it loses it's effect when needed. Like the boy who cried wolf.

Anyone who thinks that America is a racist nation has not read the newq very much! All Israel needs to do to be hated by the Arab World is to exist! We get all caught in the race issue, but the real problem is having hatred for anybody! Hatred is wrong, but some people interpret disagreement as hate and it is not! If I think your ideas are bad for the country, I will tell you so and it won't have anything to do with race, but philosophy and right and wrong! Most Americans are that way, but the people who are perpetually crying racism are usually the worst offenders!!!
