  I'm really torn on this one.
  
  On one hand, being in office too long corrupts the person, but on the other hand, if the people want to keep the same representatives, who are we to say no.

  I know what you mean. However, except on rare occasions, representatives stay in office because tenure gets them money and because people are apathetic and without hope that change is possible. The best reason for Term Limits, though, is that nobody likes what is going on with our country. It's time for a change!
