Is America Islamophobic?

Do you believe America is too Islamophobic? Just look at what we're missing out on here in the United States.

In the U.S. many of us enjoy a good movie, a baseball game, or maybe the Friday Night Fights. But if you lived in Saudi Arabia you could enjoy the Friday Night Beheadings.

In Saudi Arabia there are government sanctioned beheadings that take place weekly after Friday prayers just outside the mosques. Over the past two decades, the Saudis have decapitated at least 1,100 people for alleged crimes ranging from drug running to witchcraft and apostasy, and in 2003; The Saudi government beheaded 52 men and one woman.
A condemned convict is brought into the courtyard; hands tied, and forced to bow before an executioner, who swings a huge sword amid cries from onlookers of 'Allahu Akbar!' Arabic for 'God is greater.'
What takes place during one of these beheadings is simply one of the most macabre things you can imagine. With a very deliberate sawing and hacking motion, the head is severed. The "infidel" is heard screaming and gurgling until the knife passes through the throat.

Beheading is the very heritage of Islam, carried out in God's name, and is exactly what the Bible warned us of: "And I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded because of their testimony for Jesus and because of the Word of God." (Rev. 20:4). And in a time that: "When anyone kills you will think he is offering service to God. They will do such things because they have not known the Father or Me. I have told you this, so that when the time comes you will remember that I warned you." (John 16:1-4).

The liberals just use it as a political tool. They have no idea the danger they are putting America in.

Muslims are mostly like anyone else.
We in America are pretty ignorant about Muslims in general.
We know enough from the Bush years to be afraid...be very afraid.

This is classic manipulation of the masses.
Put out an enemy and scare the people.

How many people that KNOW that Muslims are bad can explain the difference between a Shia and a Suni?
How do the Kurds factor in?

For that matter what is the difference between a Protestant and a Catholic?

Who supplied the Iraqis with the chemicals they attacked the Kurds with?

If all the Muslims in the world were out to kill us we would be dead.
Some of them are mad at how we have interfered with their countries.

How many people realize we by way of the CIA created the Taliban?
How many people know that we were asked about Iraq invading Kuwait (during Bush Sr.) and we said okay only to bring in the big guns after the fact?
Bonus Question: Why did Iraq want to invade Kuwait?

Was Saddam Hussein an American asset?

How could Cheney include Iraq’s oil resources as part of our energy policy if we had no diplomatic or business relationship with them?

This is why the idea of "Low Information Voters" come from. We live in a country but have as a rule little idea of recent history or the forces at play.

There is no such thing as islamophobia, because Islam is a real threat. A phobia is an anxiety of something not real.

    So are spiders...thus Arachnophobia.

A phobia is an irrational fear. This means that you are afraid of about 25% of the world's population.

    Fear is the mind killer.

Arachnophobia is a phobia because most spiders are harmless. It's their mere appearance that many people are afraid of.

But when, as you say 25%, of the world's population are members of a hate cult commanding to conquer the world and slay or convert its people, then you can't speak of a phobia anymore. When you see how these people react if confronted with their propensity to violence, then one can only call this a real threat.

I'm not going to defend any kind of religion. There are freaks that hide behind religion in all the religions. Lots of Christians around here and I don't feel the least bit threatened by them. I do fear the Islamism. These people aren't quite civilized yet.

A "violent" myth that happens to be derivative from the exact same omnipresent entity that the Christians and Jews also pray to, and whose deeds described in the Old Testament and the Torah aren't exactly all-noble. And yet the large majority of people praying to a god who wiped out entire cities, killed a whole population of firstborn children and ordered the descendants of Israel to slaughter the peoples of entire cities without leaving survivors, don't act with violence.

The individuals responsible for most religious-related crimes and extreme acts are fundamentalists who take their gods and their scripture too literally and devotedly. The rest of the followers are able to coexist and tolerate each other.

    Oh, and:

fundamentalists gods scripture literally devotedly rest followers coexist tolerate

Revulsion at a group of people that pray and then go out to view beheadings is hardly considered a phobia in my book. Since this is a religion that consistently touts itself as being "peaceful" I think the stark contrast of its reality speaks volumes. Besides, I'm not afraid of them. I dislike what they stand for. I dislike the culture of violence they bring with them every where they go. I am repulsed by the way this "peaceful" religion treats its women and children and christians.

If you dig deep enough, you will find many of the same things with regard to other religions throughout history.

Also be aware that Islamic extremism, where destruction of others is a goal, is NOT what most Muslim's believe. Just like not all Christians interpret the Bible like these asshats.

aware islamic extremism destruction goal muslims christians interpret bible asshats

How much about these Muslims do you know?

Break our laws, go to jail. Again, it seems to be working so far.

Those idiots are not real Christians. Neither were the Crusaders that wanted to kill Protestant Christians. As Christians, we are to have no earthy desires for domination. Our citizenship is in Heaven. However, the Bible does make many promises to Israel. They are God's earthly people. So their promises are all earthly. The promises to the Church are all Heavenly. As you can see, Rome's plans of world domination are not Biblical. And just as dangerous.

YOU, may not have plans on world domination, but suggesting it hasn't been the goal through purely Christian means at any point in history would be dishonest IMO.
