Is America Heading Towards a Civil War Pre or Post 2012 Elections?

What has become increasingly clear within the past 6 months is that some of those on the left are ratcheting up the rhetoric of committing violence and/or economic terrorism. The left blames the right for committing such acts, examples include a person from the tea party calling a Congressman the “N” word, referring to President Obama as a ‘socialist’ and carrying signs that say “we want our country back”. Let us pretend for the sake of argument that all that is true. I am not going to go into all the names that the right and the tea party have been called. One, I think it’s childish, and two, those are child play when compared to what some on the left is orchestrating.

Let us look for example at President Obama’s remarks on a radio interview before midterm elections speaking to the Latino crowd:

“If Latinos sit out the election instead of saying, ‘We’re going to punish our enemies and we’re gonna reward our friends who stand with us on issues that are important to us,’ if they don’t see that kind of upsurge in voting in this election, then I think it’s going to be harder and that’s why I think it’s so important that people focus on voting on November 2.”

Which American exactly is the President referring to as being both his and the Latino’s enemy? Is the President of the United States not to represent ALL Americans regardless of their race? Yet, we can see from here, it only gets worse with this administration.

The media has portrayed the tea party as being white. From there I just need to stop because at first they were considered a small group and not noteworthy to pay attention to. Then they were referred to as uneducated, then they were referred to as old white men. Later demographics would show otherwise, so the only thing we can say that’s remained consistent is that they are white.

The tea party has been going out and fighting for all Americans; regardless of race, gender, age, nationality, religion, etc.. yet, somehow they are being demonized as being ‘unpatriotic’, ‘unamerican’, ‘bigots’, ‘racists’ and my new personal favorite, ‘terrorists’.

Some members of Congress have upped the ante. Does Representative Waters forget that the tea party is made up of Americans?

Representative Carter has seemed to take that and run with it like a speeding freight train. In an article printed today, Rep. Andre Carson, a member of the Congressional Black Caucus leadership, said Tea Party-aligned lawmakers view blacks as "second-class citizens" and would like to see African Americans "hanging on a tree." http://content.usatoday.com/communities/onpolitics/post/2011/...

Has the left become so desperate that outlandish remarks are now commonplace? Is this what the House of Representatives has come down to? How can this possibly be acceptable, and whom is going to hold them accountable? And, I’m talking about more than the voters.

The SEIU (et. al) is joining the race at who can destroy the country first through economic terrorism. While, it at least appears, they are not tea-party tunnel visioned, it appears their two groups that they are trying to create a civil war with are the haves and have nots. To really get the point across on how serious they are, Steve Lerner, former CEO of SEIU and most frequent guest at the White House, was secretly recorded in a private meeting on plans to crash the US economy. http://www.businessinsider.com/seiu-union-plan-to-destroy-jpm...– Has Lerner and his lemming followers forgot that if the economy crashes, everyone’s money is gone? No pensions, no retirements, no nothing. It always amused me that union members thought they would somehow land a windfall. Actually, it will ensure they don’t have a pot to piss in.

Back to the initial allegations of the tea party, is there anyone who can honestly state the tea party is ratcheting up violence or economic terrorism?

This leads me to question, though off topic from the original question, excellent food for thought. What are these people still doing in the United States, and why have they not had their citizenship stripped? The below are excerpts from USC8. Perhaps it’s just me, but I think the above examples qualify for removal of citizenship.

USC8 Ch. 12 1481 sec. 7

(7) committing any act of treason against, or attempting by force to overthrow, or bearing arms against, the United States, violating or conspiring to violate any of the provisions of section 2383 of title 18, or willfully performing any act in violation of section 2385 of title 18, or violating section 2384 of title 18 by engaging in a conspiracy to overthrow, put down, or to destroy by force the Government of the United States, or to levy war against them, if and when he is convicted thereof by a court martial or by a court of competent jurisdiction.
