But the right has an interest in encouraging that belief. THey depend on fear to win elections. This fits.

Again I have to agree with you. Our founding fathers never intended for there to be a two party system in this country. In fact they strongly opposed it openly. They also opposed banking and lending institutions openly. Our entire system is exactly what our fore fathers fought against in the Revolutionary war. Really all we need right now is a massacre and we're there.

Yea I mean I see the point for political groups but it shouldn't be a two party system that just leads to corruption as we can already see

Absolutely! If you ask me, collectivism is at an all time high in our nation. The motto should be, "Yes I can" instead of "Yes we can."

good possibility in the next 5 years depending on the governing powers of who's in charge.

The reason that I see civil war instead of revolution is that revolution tends to be the people against the government. In our case, there are many people that support the ever increasing power and intrusion of the federal government, they will fight to protect it.

those people are the ones who had the government take care of them their entire lives and have no real exposure to the real world. they arent much of a threat.
  • Rusty Shackleford 2012/06/01 20:13:00
    Yes, explain

There are some that want the federal government to go beyond the powers enumerated in the Constitution, they want the federal government to control every aspect of our lives. There are others that would rather die than live under such oppression. Both parties are steadfast in their beliefs. There can be no peaceful resolution to this divide.
