He may or may not be a US citizen, but he is definitely not natural born. He is ineligible to be President because the Framers of the Constitution wanted a President to have no divided loyalties, so a President was required to have two parents who were citizens when the qualified President was born.

There have been many sources in Kenya that have said there 'was' a B/C on file there.

This will come unraveled sooner or later, his operatives simply cannot threaten and murder people forever.
Congress knows, the SCOTUS knows but they didn't want to cause a race war in 2008.
They wont have a choice this time because there's too many high rollers and regular people that will NOT allow this dog & pony show continue.

The Kenyan Government also questioned the USA on placing a Kenyan Born person in the first seat; but then they also stated that we sure are a nice country to do so and gracious at that also was the American People, but hey, technically, we do not count anymore except for paying taxes and giving it up for our king and dicktator, whomever it may be at that time...
