The Indiana Supreme Court ruled that Indiana
residents cannot keep police from entering their homes even if the
entry is unlawful. In a 3-2 decision, the justices ruled that valid
reasons would allow officers to come in without a warrant and that it's
against the law for homeowners to resist.

+1I am in contact with the ACLU and others to get the word out and fight this all the way up. They tried to get it passed without telling anyone" And guess what this was done by the republican`s in the house and senate in Indiana and the supper bowl is this year do they want anyone to come to it ???reply

+1Works for me!!! Who would want to come to a state that the pigs could walk in just because someone told them something??? And you can do nothing about it because that is the reality of it right now . How the hell this trumps the Constitution i have no ideareply

+1Trust me i am a big defender of the Constitution all the parts even the ones i do not like. And it is absolute no alterations if not voted on by the people And this was voted in by a right leaning court way rightreply
