India's government executed Afzal Guru. India convicted Guru of belong to the terrorist group "Jaish-e-Mohammed", who killed seven people in a 2001 terror attack.

Personally, I have no objection to executing murderers providing, of course, that there is unimpeachable evidence of their action(s). The attachments here are too sparse to show whether or not such evidence existed.

Okay, let's try this again. The legal process to capture, try, convict, sentence, the mandated by law appeals, and the execution rituals, cost more than life without possibility of parole sentences.

Non-violent means crimes that does not involve violence. Whereby, poor people, drug addicts, and other substance abusers, are caught committing basically misdemeanor crimes that become felony crimes by virtue of their past record

Now, about the 3 strikes. This is a separate issue. Since you see yourself as a law and order man, do you favor 3 strikes for non-violent criminals?
