Block is the only adequate response. No sense feeding the conservative trolls.
Non-violent means crimes that does not involve violence. Whereby, poor people, drug addicts, and other substance abusers, are caught committing basically misdemeanor crimes that become felony crimes by virtue of their past record
Now, about the 3 strikes. This is a separate issue. Since you see yourself as a law and order man, do you favor 3 strikes for non-violent criminals?
