Are you a simpleton? It comes from product sales of previous projects and or bond holders. Not the gov't, not barack's stash.

But I do know how ''bad'' fracking is.
It is responsible for the ONLY job boon in this country since the obama disaster began.
It is responsible for a huge portion of the jobs 0bama takes credit for creating.
It is responsible for this Country pumping more oil than it imports (0bama loves to take credit for this) and driving down the price of Natural gas, keeping our electric bills down.
Are you going to tell me it is responsible for Earthquakes?
Well that's a good thing to, because it relieves built up stresses in the earth's crust, a little bit at a time as opposed to letting the stress build up for ''the big one''.
If fracking is so bad, why is obama helping to fund it?
Now if fracking is responsible for lower natural gas prices, why would 0bama help fund these projects?
He hates fossil fuel and wants them to RISE to make alternative energy more competitive.
Bottom line:
0bama is NOT responsible for funding any fracking projects.
