Even though the lawsuit was filed before the Mass Delegates were unseated, since I anticipated delegates would be unseated the lawsuit does address unseated delegates. So, you are mistaken The problem is that The unseated Massachusetts delegates are not Plaintiffs but for one. So,, the Court cannot help those that are not Plaintiffs
