This "executive order" to establish "new law" business is not new. Several other leaders have used it. Not many of note were American.

They have a valid point as they swear to uphold the constitution and the laws of the land. No one should be above the law or just ignore it. As a jury foreman on a murder case I had to explain it to two liberal jurors who thought the law was too strict. I told them our job was to apply the law to the fact of the case and if they wanted to change the law call their congressmen. People who work in law enforcement should "enforce the law" period.

Although the president may not introduce new legislation - that's the duty of Congress - he does wield veto power over all bills that are approved by the legislature. In addition, the president has the weighty role of commander in chief of the armed forces.

There is not a week that go's by that I haven't yelled, asked, pleaded with noot only mu congressman but my senator to do just that but it seams that while they have male bodies they lack the balls and backbone...

Its kind of like having a civilian job,i.e. as long as it is legal, you follow orders or quit. The executive has always had the right of selective enforcement of law. if you don't believe me just check with all living previous presidents.

Those agents are doing the right thing! Obama has shirked his duties for FAR too long, and he should be held accountable! If Napolitano wants to be a puppet, let her join the circus (Oops! She DID already, she's part of the Obama circus... I mean, "administration"!).



If this is how Obama plans to lead the country (IF, by some sad twist of fate, he manages to win the election), by implementing his own ideologies instead of enforcing the LAW, then we are ALL headed for times FAR harder than what we've seen so far!
