- The illegal immigration issue is emerging as the biggest threat to passing healthcare reform in the House.
Congressional Hispanics have threatened to vote against the bill because of a last-minute threat from within the Democratic Caucus to bolster the House bill’s immigration restrictions to match those included in the Senate Finance bill.

Any bill passed by this administration will give a free pass on all laws to illegals and will find a way to cover them ahead of every one els.
Happened in the late 00's, happened in the late 40's, happened in the late 70's, and now it's happening in the late 00's again.
I'm saying it's cyclical. One group of extremists or the other takes hold and opens the flood gates adding additional people to the society. The society must grow to make up for the extra people but, it seldom does. The same group that threw open the flood gates goes looking for more resources to grow the society and conflict with other societies ensues leading to war and a die off of the population of both groups so the society maintains itself through death. Examples are the US civil war. Then WW1 where blacks started getting jobs since so many Americans had died. Then WW2 where we lost a ton of young men so now women enter the workplace. Then vietnam, which blacks then received a far greater array of rights due to the deaths of so many young men. Society at that time grows to suit the needs of it's residents, and integration ensues. Society grows.
The other way this can pan out is the development of social programs. The problem is social programs don't promote the growth of society. They're a bandaid. Eventually the society breaks down and becomes almost entirely made of social programs. In our current day and age, we're too concerned with the protection of people that we breed these monsters among us. We invoke hatred and prevent integration. Socialism is the least social of resource distribution methods.
We need to stop blaming immigrants and start integrating them into our society properly. The way we do that is by setting a wage law for immigrants. If you force all companies doing business in the US, and all citizens to pay illegal help the same wage and benefits as they must pay Americans, then many companies would simply hire people based on their merits. Illegals would be on the tax roll call, and those Americans among us who really do get screwed by illegals would have a level playing field. This would serve to keep America great as now the people living here would be paid what their work is worth and immigrants would be more inclined to engage in wokring for a better life, as they say they aim to do. Start removing these social programs and incentivize people to work.
Grow the society.

A: Not only raise everyone's taxes, decrease quality, include waiting lists, and death panels, but guarantee that illegal immigrants get free healthcare paid for by hard working Americans while our current deficit is at $2 trillion.
Do Democrats ever consider how much Americans hate socialism AND rewarding illegal immigrants for breaking the law?
Sure, combine the two most unAmerican features of the bill and wonder why Americans are flat dead out opposed to the plan: Socialism and ignoring the rule of law.
