Although he'll be in prison till he dies its just better to say sentenced to life without parole, as long as he is thrown in a max security one not a bs prison like celebs. He would be a black sheep in prison and probably hunted.

You've never seen his home, have you. And there's his bank accounts.That's a start. Penn St. deserves to sued- they allowed this man to commit child abuse on their campus and didn't stop it for the sanctity of the University. That to me is disgusting.

Being from NJ, PSU has been THE college- everyone here has wanted to attend and have the possiblity to send their kids there. It was a real shock to learn that they have no regard for children, only money and school prestige. Disgusting.

I bet the home is confiscated by the state and auctioned off... The basement is state evidence. Yes Penn State does deserve to be sued to the max and not only did Joe PA know about it but so did other coaching staff, the athletic director, and the dean... How did the dean manage to keep his job??? He does still have his job doesnt he? the athletic director told him about Sandusky after Joe PA told him... As for the bank accounts, they better freeze them up... Last but not least, yes it is very disgusting on way too many levels...

I agree. Many people are asking the same questions- who's next to go? Graham Spanier, President of PSU, was fired the same day Paterno was, on Nov. 9, four days after Sandusky was initially arrested. Two school officials who have stepped down from their posts — athletic director Tim Curley and a vice president, Gary Schultz — are accused of perjury and failing to report suspected child abuse. At least there was justice in this case for the victims.

Every convicted child rapist, child defined as anyone under the age of individual puberty, would be given 1 year to appeal the judgement. On the anniversary of the sentencing they would be shot twice. One in the genitalia, one in the head. Any adult convicted of raping a child after the age of individual puberty would be sentenced to life in prison with no chance of early release. Period.

We as a nation need to realize this disgusting trend in child molestation cases and get serious about the punishments. Sandusky is a child rapist, he stole those childrens' lives, murdered their souls and I don't feel bad at all at believing he deserves to die for his actions.

At his age he will most likely die in prison, which is a better fate than he gave to those kids he abused, they have to live with the guilt and shame of this piece of crap who was in that position supposedly to help the troubled youths not to exploit them further. Rest in Hell you bastard.

I'm sure he will be in P.C. protective custody. P.C. excuse my language but aka Pussy Camp. The man is obviously a coward. But even in P.C. at some time, you have to come out to see a Dr., or a counselor, or just anything that could take him out of his cell for a few minutes and to some inmates, that is all they need and they will do it. He probably already has a hardened piece of rolled up saturated newspaper, rolled to a point. (very deadly) waiting for him with his name all over it...

I know what PC is. From what I've heard, if an inmate is wanted bad enough someone in general population will make sure one of their buddies goes to PC so they can take out the person they wanna get rid of.
