Hmmmmm. Curiouser and curiouser.
.
I would not be satisfied at all and I would want to see my child. It was unacceptable and
without dignity that they did not show the parents the bodies. I would need to see my child's face to get clearance on this horrific event.
We are living in some real dark days....
Thank the Lord sister that we are His children and He won't forsake us.
tragic events are the tell tale signs. I do thank the Lord everyday that I am his child
and he brought me out of the darkness and into his great light. Thank you brother.
Great post ! ~
Lord go forth. It's been too long. I hope the new year has been good to you.
Keep in touch sweet friend. God bless. :-)
You are such a blessing around here. :-)
Have a blessed week lady blue!
How horrific ! Those poor innocent children in the hands of that madman. My heart breaks everytime I think of them as if they were my own.
I hope all is well with you sweet friend. I miss you ! :-)
Koo koo.
When you are ready I will get you started on some real eye openers that so many never knew...........
blessings!
This is just one of many eye openers we as Christians need to know.
Let no man Deceive you. Blessings!
I'm sure that, once the crime scene had been secured, autopsies performed, and morticians doing repair work on faces (if possible) that the parents could, in fact, view the children. How could the police prevent that at a private funeral? Sometimes, things are best left unseen.
When I was in Vietnam, a buddy of mine was killed in action. The box was marked, "Remains Not Viewable." That was best for all.
Too bad about your friend. I, too, had my best friend killed in Tet of 68. He was virtually vaporized by a mortar. It, unfortunately, must have been a captured American mortar instead of a ChiCom mortar. He may have survived a ChiCom.
Some came home and were whole and viewable. At least the family had that much.
Welcome home, brother. Who were you with? I was with the 4th I.D. B/1/3 Camp Enari, Pleiku (in the Central Highlands)
LOL I got there on Sept. 18, 1967. I got married Sept. 18, 1976
That's TWO wars I arrived at in September just by switching the last two difits of the years.
Here I am at a bunker position. I don't walk around with my mouth hanging open. My buddy was taking so long taking my photo with his Brownie I started getting mad. He snapped just as I was saying, "Take the F***ing picture, ass****. He got me on the "F". LOL
